It has not been a very bright day for me to see all the hatred toward this battle, specifically toward Mark Martin. I think it’s reasonable for me to share the experience from my perspective at this point.
It’s totally okay to have your own opinion and I really appreciate all of your supports. But personally, I also love Mark’s performances a lot. Mark’s style is designed to live perform. He’s not only good at controlling his routines but also the energy of the crowd and the environment of the performance. These elements are really hard to capture on video. Being on stage with Mark was also an incredible experience. I realized my own weaknesses. Simplicity and solidity were the key reasons why Mark won in my opinion.
In anyways, this is only my point of view. But please stop all the hates toward Mark. If you have your own opinion, give constructive criticisms rather than insults. In fact Mark didn't do anything wrong, he didn't have anything to do with the result of the battle. Mark did his best and he got it. All the dislikes won't do anything except hurting the channel, the scene and also real people.
At the end of the day, both Mark and I learned a great deal from this. Both of us had good performances and both had flaws. Competition is the place to bring people together and it’s the fuel for improvement. It never meant to create hatred and alienation toward any individual. For anyone who sends out negativity online, please come to live events to feel the love.
